What's in a name?

So I'm Curently checking out a site called fo.rtuito.us

Absolute strangers are picked at random every 4 days and just start talking to each other the basic idea is interesting
Can you make friends with someone when thats all you can do is talk no pictures no blog nothing except talk.

I was messaged today and the name struck me this got me thinking about Names. So I wanted to know more about how they chose the name. I couldn't blindly ask that might be rude and yes I know the hypocritical nature of that statement when applied to me but these ppl don't know me. So I thought about the origin of my name and how I chose to use it as my Identity and put that in the message I've
included it here if you're interested you can read it.

I want to know more about your names and how you picked them.

Mine is from going to school first day in Oklahoma after living all over hell and fourty acres and then dropped in the buckle of the bible belt. Everyone asked where I went to church. Their response to my answer was to call me satan because I don't attend church. Lol gotta love some ppl they assumed I was a Satanist because I don't belive in organized religon. So I would get in to philosophical debates with some of them from time to time and thats when ppl started telling me that when I argued with those ppl I spit fire and brymstone.
